Explanation of this track
God as the Ultimate Origin
In philosophy and theology, we often seek the "First Cause" of everything. Why is there something and not nothing? Why are we here? By calling God the "Endless Why," the author means that God is the beginning and the endpoint of every question. He is not only the answer, but also the reason behind our existence that we will never fully be able to comprehend.
The Mystery of Love
Verses 2 and 4 are about His love that existed "before the world." That unconditional love is often incomprehensible to the human mind.
Why would a powerful God care about us?
Why would He bear our suffering?
It is an "Endless Why" because His grace is so deep that we can ponder it forever without ever fully grasping it. It is an acknowledgment of the sacred mystery.
Proud of God "Proud of You" can be unusual in English in a prayer, because we usually feel proud of someone who is 'beneath' us or an equal, such as a child or a friend. Yet the author deliberately included it in this song because he is genuinely proud of the God he gets to serve. He is delighted by God's love, goodness, faithfulness, and so much more. It is beyond words. God is magnificent.
All glory to God The purpose of the writer's song is; an expression of love, gratitude, and tribute to the Most High God. That is also evident in the text "My God, my God" where God is mentioned twice in succession; it symbolizes "words fall short." It is feeling and gratitude that is very deep. An impressive song.

On the nite of January 13, 2026, the writer awoke from a very deep sleep, as if he were being pulled out of a tunnel. Immediately, the words came to him: 'Let The Spirit Take The Wheel.' How strange, he thought, I usually never wake up around this time. And how remarkable to wake up with such a clear sentence; it immediately sounded like the title of a song.
Would the Holy Spirit want me to write about this? The writer picked up his phone and the song flowed from his pen. It feels like a precious gift. This experience was very different from the song about abortion; there, God spoke beforehand that He wanted him to write about it and gave him the first lines. This new song, however, feels like a magnificent gift, straight from the heart of the Father for humanity.

This song was born out of righteous indignation after witnessing shocking images of Christian leadership. We see how manipulative and domineering practices are carried out under the banner of "Jesus' Name."
Although we firmly believe in the overwhelming power of God — who can radically heal people, set them ablaze, or make them bow in His presence — the Holy Spirit will never incite a person to dishonorable actions. Animal sounds, writhing like snakes, and other manifestations of chaos are foreign to the Spirit of God.
Don't take everything at face value. Learn to discern the spirits. Jesus was radical and fierce against injustice, but He always worked from humility, silence, and meekness. He never sought sensation or the big show; He sought the heart.
This song is a call to return to the purity of the Gospel: Power without manipulation, fire without show.

This song is a critical reflection on the emerging movement of the prosperity gospel. Although there is a kernel of truth in it, this gospel is often out of balance. While the world cries out for help in dire poverty, we spend our money on unnecessary luxuries. Although comfort in itself is not wrong, we are called to wisdom and stewardship. Many holy men have gone before us on a path of humility and deep modesty. This song, written on January 11, 2026, calls for that same focus.

The foundation for this song was laid years ago. As a young boy, riding his moped, the writer heard the voice of God: 'Jan, do you choose the world or Me?' Not long after, he gave his life to God and was overwhelmed by a heavenly joy that lasted for months. From that first love, a deep passion arose to share God's burning love for humanity.
Around the year 2002, Jan began writing songs for the first time – without having planned it beforehand. While he sang in worship in his bedroom, the Spirit of God came over him and the lyrics flowed from his pen. Although this work lay dormant for years due to circumstances, a spontaneous prayer in 2026 from a fellow believer reignited the fire. On the nite of February 10, the writer awoke from a deep sleep after a poignant dream. In it, his beloved wife said, "I no longer feel anything for you." It came like a bolt from the blue. In that dream, he experienced a darkness he did not know in reality; a bottomless pit in which his world completely collapsed and every form of vitality vanished.
On that fateful nite, this song was born. The writer sees it as a gift from God, dedicated to everyone who has been abandoned by a life partner. His heart goes out to people with a broken spirit; it is his deep desire that this song contributes to their healing. Without that dark dream, this song would never have been sung.
Later recognized his wife the situation while listening to the song; during an earlier breakup in their courtship period, she had gone thru the same thing. The writer ended the relationship when he started to have doubts. The fact that he could no longer say that he loved her felt to her as if he felt absolutely nothing for her anymore. She went thru a heavy time then, just as described in the dream and this song.

In Eden, the human covering of fig leaves fell short: "Through the leaves, our hearts were torn apart." We tried to hide ourselves with fragile thread; God Himself provided animal skins to cover the nakedness of Adam and Eve. Here, innocent blood flowed for the first time.
